1. I did alright, except for panic attacks. These were triggered by the right combo of stress. Scientology gave me a tool I could use right in the moment to cool these off and allow me to get right back to doing what needed to be done.
2. Then, it gave me the tools to make my ability to cope with things stronger, so that I didn't fold under pressure. Basically it helped me to free myself.

When I found Scientology I was a profoundly confused young man. Thankfully I was aware enough to realize I needed to find something and it was in that search that I met a group of Scientologists in upstate New York. In Scientology I found the answers I was looking for and discovered those I had not considered yet. It quite literally changed and saved my life. I now can not imagine how I could have acheived what I have without the knowledge and certainty of intention I gained from the study of Scientology technology. It is truely the science of life.

When I was younger, I was introverted/bashful. I loved being around people and would "hang out" but I never was very outgoing. So through out my younger years I, well, I didn't have much in the way of a social life. You know, no Girlfriend and such. After becoming a Scientologist and getting some training in communication. I realized that I was incontrol of my life and it was up to me and became much more outgoing. Today i speak my mind. Sometimes I don't say the "popular" thing. but at the same time I feel real. And I feel that I am more real to others. They don't have to wonder how I will react. I also feel that I can have more fun with communication and interpersonal life. I don't worry what the other guy will think about how I feel. I mean it's how i feel about something. It is my opinion, not his right? So I express it.

Also, and to me, most importantly. I am married (which would have NEVER happened before Scientology)and I have 3 wonderful kids. Life is GOOD
